THE OBJECTIVES OF THE UNION ARE TO UNITE EMPLOYEES FRATERNALLY; TO IMPROVE, MAINTAIN, PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE STANDARDS OF THE CRAFT; AND TO REGULATE THE EMPLOYMENT-RELATED MATTERS.
