THE ASSOCIATION CONSISTS OF 903 PROPERTIES OCCUPYING A SITE OF APPROXIMATELY THREE SQUARE MILES AND IS LOCATED AT THE FAR WESTERN END OF CONEY ISLAND AT THE SOUTHWESTERN TIP OF BROOKLYN, NEW YORK.
