To provide a public library for the Town of Windsor Locks, CT.
Program accomplishments
- The corporation operates a public library, free of charge, for the purpose of providing reading books and magazines to the public. During the fiscal year the library offered a collection of over 55,000 books and other materials, which were circulated more than 69,000 times. The library welcomed over 32,000 visitors and hosted over 225 cultural, educational and recreational programs, attracting more than 3,500 attendees.Expenses $552,059
