The Academy Levels 1 & 2 are our advanced training programs. We had 69 participants in three cohorts of Level 1 and 32 in two cohorts of Level 2. We held multiple classes and webinars reaching about 550 people across 21 offerings. We hosted two day-long online conferences reaching about 200 participants. Interest in egalitarian self-government continues to grow in many fields, including worker cooperatives, intentional communities, nonprofits, and tech consulting groups. We have added additional support programs for people practicing and teaching sociocracy as more people complete training, begin implementing sociocracy, and start their own professional work.
