- 15 PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITIONS USED AS A TEACHING TECHNIQUE. EVALUATORS COMMENT ON ENTRANTS WORK AND OFFER EXPLANATIONS TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS. 93 PARTICIPANTS ENTERING A MINIMUM OF 6 COMPETITIONS EACH.Expenses $5,974
