Mission
TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE THE EVERETT TRADITION IN SPORTS BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE 2025 STUDENT/ATHLETES AT EVERETT HIGH SCHOOL.
Program accomplishments
- THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS 2 DINNERS ANNUALLY, AT WHICH IT PRESENTS SCHOLARSHIPS & TROPHY AWARDS TO EVERETT HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY STUDENT-ATHLETES. THE DINNERS FEATURE SPEAKERS WHO ARE/WERE PROMINANT PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES OR SPORTS JOURNALISTS IN THE BOSTON AREA. THESE DINNERS ALSO ACT AS A REUNION FOR EVERETT'S STUDENT-ATHLETE ALUMNI. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ITS MEMBERS WITH NEWSLETTERS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR INFORMING THEM OF CURRENT EVERETT HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS INFORMATION AND ACHIEVMENTS OF FORMER EVERETT STUDENT-ATHLETES. THE ORGANIZATION AWARDED 9 SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENT-ATHLETES FROM EVERETT HIGH SCHOOL IN 2025.Expenses $18,000
