- GENERAL: PROVIDE A SPACE FOR U.S. STATE PLANT REGULATORY OFFICIAL (SPROS) TO COLLABORATE WITH EACH OTHER AND FEDERAL PARTNERS ON AMERICAN PLANT PEST PROTECTION.
- BRS: FACILITATES WORK CONDUCTED ACROSS THE COUNTRY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH USDA'S ANIMAL & PLANT HEALTH INSPECTION SERVICE'S BIOTECHNOLOGY REGULATORY SERVICES (BRS) TO INSPECT U.S. PLANTS.
