ALFDP'S MISSION IS TO MOVE DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION FORWARD IN THE LAW FIRM ARENA THROUGH OUR COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE, VISION, EXPERTISE, AND ADVOCACY. WE ARE A COLLABORATIVE ORGANIZATION THAT WORKS TOWARD COMMON GOALS OF ADVANCING DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION BOTH WITHIN OUR OWN ORGANIZATIONS AND WITHIN THE LEGAL PROFESSION AS A WHOLE BY SHARING IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND EXPERIENCES AND LEARNING FROM ONE ANOTHER.

- ANNUAL CONFERENCE: EACH YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION HOSTS AN EDUCATIONAL AND NETWORKING CONFERENCE FOR ITS MEMBERS TO LEARN FROM ONE ANOTHER AND CONNECT.
