THE MISSION OF THE NEW LONDON HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION IS TO CONTINUALLY IMPROVE THE WELLBEING OF INDIVIDUALS IN OUR REGION BY PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY HEALTHCARE TO OUR COMMUNITIES.
Program accomplishments
- NEW LONDON HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION, INC. (NLHA) IS THE PRINCIPAL PROVIDER OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY HEALTH CARE FOR 15 TOWNS IN SULLIVAN AND MERRIMACK COUNTIES IN NEW HAMPSHIRE. THE HOSPITAL PROVIDES ACUTE AND PRIMARY HEALTH CARE - FROM EMERGENCY SERVICES TO FAMILY MEDICAL PRACTICE TO SURGICAL CARE AND ESSENTIAL WELLNESS AND PREVENTION SERVICES FOR THE 33,000 RESIDENTS IN ITS SERVICE AREA, A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF WHOM ARE UNINSURED, UNDER-INSURED, AND/OR DEPENDENT ON MEDICAID/MEDICARE BENEFITS.
