II: TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES THAT CATALOGUE THE EXISTENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE LATVIAN DIASPORA.III: TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE GLOBAL COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION AMONG PERSONS INTERESTED IN LATVIAN PEOPLE AND CULTURE.IV: TO COOPERATE AND WORK WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS ENGAGED IN SIMILAR ACTIVITIES WITH A VIEW TOWARDS CARRYING OUT THE OBJECTIVES HEREIN BEFORE DESCRIBED.
