The Southern Metroplex TX Chapter serves the needs of thirteen underserved communities in the southern sector of Dallas, Tarrant and Ellis counties promoting our international organization's five programming facets Services to Youth, The Arts, National Trends and Services, International Trends and Services and Health and Human Services. Gross receipts, contributions, and direct expenses were allocated based on actual receipts and vendor invoices. Donated items (such as auction baskets, décor, or services) were recorded at fair market value when determinable. Volunteer labor was not included as an expense. For The Links on the Green Golf Tournament the revenue and expenses from the silent auction, ticket sales, sponsorships, and donations were combined for reporting purposes. Direct expenses included venue rental, catering, entertainment, printing, and auction supplies.
