The Directors of the Church by the Sea Foundation, Inc. are nominated by the Directors of the Church by the Sea Foundation, Inc., and confirmed by the members of the Church by the Sea Foundation, Inc. at it's annual meeting. A close and continuous working relationship is maintained between the supported organization and the supporting organization by monthly 90% of the earnings of the Church by the Sea Foundation are contributed to the Gulf Beach Church by the Sea with 10% withheld and reinvested for growth. The only purpose of the Church by the Sea Foundation, Inc. is to provide income to the Gulf Beaches Church by the Sea. In addition, ongoing communications are provided by holding a joint annual meeting.
