An extension was not filed. This was lost in the transition. We both have full time jobs other than volunteering for our kids for Little League. This is volunteer work and a great deal of my time while not working my full-time job is devoted to keeping the books, coaching my kids in baseball and softball, and coordinating the Little League season. Please be assured that a late filing will not happen again. We are a not for profit organization and a penalty will have significant ramifications. All of our money goes towards the kids and ensuring that they can play on quality baseball fields and have a great time. A financial penalty would hurt our ability to provide this experience for our kids as our fields need a great amount of work and are very old. We need to replace many items such as scoreboards, dugouts, bleachers, etc. Any penalty would be depriving our kids and parents.
