<Desc>Education Programs AchievementsThe Education Program provides access to both formal and non-formal education, from early childhood through high school, emphasizing 21st-century skills such as Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity. The program enrolled 1,292 learners across eight school locations five of these schools offer education up to the primary level, while the remaining three serve secondary and high school students. Both Senior and Junior schools achieved remarkable academic outcomes, with an overall 96% pass rate, over 95% school attendance, and approximately a 5% school dropout rate. The Education Management Team has maintained a continued effort in enhancing curriculum, guidelines, and policy development and implementation through several key strategic initiatives. To nurture ethically grounded and socially responsible future leaders, we established the AAA Blueprint, focusing on Attitudes, Accountability, and Academic Excellence under the guidance of CCF leadership. Operational consistency and high-quality instruction are further reinforced by the Senior School Curriculum Blueprint and the Junior School Operational Handbook, which together provide comprehensive frameworks for school management, learning progression, and continuous assessment review. Additionally, student and stakeholder engagement is supported by the Academic Handbook for Junior School for Grade 6, while a collaborative, cross-departmental STEAM Program Handbook has completed its initial draft phase to formalize interdisciplinary integration and ensure long-term student future-readiness.</Desc>

<ExplanationTxt>CCF owns a 49% equity interest in Laptopp Holding Ltd, a Cambodian registered company that holds a direct interest in the property and assets leased by CCF. As Executive Director and CCFs nominated representative, Scott Neeson holds 51% equity interest in Laptopp Holdings Ltd. Scott Neeson holds Cambodian citizenship and is entitled under Cambodian law to own property and assets. There are appropriate restrictions on the transfer of Scott Neesons equity interest in Laptopp Holdings Ltd in the shareholders agreement. Scott Neeson is also a voting member of the Board of Directors.CCF has security and control over the property and assets attached to the land. The agreements surrounding property ownership, among other things, secure the properties using hypothec for securing the funds provided by CCF or without prior consent of CCF. Thus, the properties cannot be sold or conveyed without recovery of the invested funds by CCF.CCF reflects the investments in facility assets and property as leasehold improvements for the purpose of financial statements reporting, as the properties are used for the sole purpose of CCFs activities. The gross investment in property paid by CCF is approximately $20,820,000 and reflected in fixed assets.During the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024 the Board of Directors of CCF approved and remitted $2,000,000 to Cambodian Childrens Fund Endowment (CCFE), a separate legal U.S. nonprofit corporation, created at end of 2022 for the benefit of the Cambodian Childrens Fund. The remittance is intended to be part of an informal five-year pledge of $10,000,000 by CCF to CCFE. The specific purpose of CCFE is to exclusively support the activities of Cambodian Childrens Fund.</ExplanationTxt>
