Part IV, Section A, Line 1: While the Silver Cross Health System's (SCHS) governing documents do not specify Silver Cross Hospital (SCH) or Silver Cross Foundation (SCF) by name as its supported organizations, SCHS activities support the charitable purpose of improving the health of those served and advancing the wellness of the community. Furthermore, there is a continuing and historical relationship in which SCHS is the sole member of both SCH and SCF and has full control of the appointments of both SAH and SAF's Board of Directors.
