The Construction Ready Program -- helped women and men prepare for skilled trades careers in the construction industry. The four-week program met five days a week and combined hands-on learning with support for students and instructors. We assisted instructors, encouraged students, and hosted a mental health session focused on workplace well-being. During the session, we discussed mental health in construction settings and shared resources for additional support. Program Outcomes ? All 25 students completed the program. ? Every graduate gained employment by the end of the program. 1163 The Black Family Wellness Expo -- engaged more than 60 community participants through a broad range of health and wellness services. The event provided practical support, education, and resources designed to strengthen individual and family well-being. Services and Resources Provided ? Adult health checks ? Mental health resources By combining screenings, education, and wellness resources in one accessible setting, the Expo served as an important platform for awareness, prevention, and community support. 1129 Stages program - an after-school Arts program for middle school students that met over 4 weeks. Stages introduces approximately 20 to 25 students to career pathways in the performing arts, both on stage and behind the scenes.
