Members must also reveal at any point in time any potential conflict of interest that arises even after submitting the form. Each subsequent disclosure must describe the nature of the real perceived or potential conflict or duality of interest and all facts known relating to the subject matter. The policy further requires that if a conflict is identified the conflicted individual must recuse themselves from any discussion or voting and the abstention is formally recorded in the board minutes. Part III Line 1 | Explanation:| Founded in March 2024 National Emergency Child Care Network NECCNs mission is to ensure every family has equal opportunity to access free child care and mental health care during a disaster or crisis. Nowhere in the U.S. do families in hardship have immediate access to free child care directly in their home with no application or specific requirements such as income criteria. Our goal is to remove all barriers so families have immediate access to relief and respite. NECCN has seen tremendous success since the program launched in October 2024 helping 64 families and 110 children in North Carolina and California with over 8,400 hours of free child care. This impact has been achieved by training and vetting nearly 200 child care volunteers who have gone through our full compliance process to become emergency child care volunteers. To accomplish much of this impact NECCNs team has recorded over 60,000 worth of pro bono services to oversee program services.
