The rest of the money for that category goes to food for special events and to have a regular stock of groceries for people in the premise. Member Activities (24b): the governing body as well as the wide range of activity committees all have a set budget that they can use for the greater good of the membership which is used for various purposes. Form 990, Part IX, Line 24e The organization incurred additional expenses of $84,597 consisting of member reimbursements and individual disbursements recorded in the organization's bank records that have not yet been fully categorized by program area in the budget tracking system. These expenses were incurred in the ordinary course of the organization's residential and fraternal operations, including grocery and supply reimbursements to House Manager officers, event-related member reimbursements, and miscellaneous operational costs across Spring, Summer, and Fall 2023 semesters. We didn't have all the required information to complete the tax filling and all officers were occupied with house maintenance issues and daily operation tasks.
