This arangement has been in place for years so that both (small ) organizations can leverage just one staffing/payrol solution (done via Riverside Church) Our executive director (Jeff Walker) moved to texas, prior to his departure he files (and received) and extension for filing this 990. We have had to bring back on our former board chair (Keith Walatka) to finish the 990 in a way to ensure it was complete and correct. We have had to re-create some institutional knowlegde to ensure this filing was correct, hence the unfortunate delay.
