<ExplanationTxt>In 2024 our deficit for the year was -$885. / In 2025 our new Outreach and Community Service Chair started campaigns to increase our donations from our members and the public. Through increased donations from members, increased corporate matching donations, and increased donations from the public, plus the full effect of our member dues increase made in 2024 (see line 3 comment), we reversed our deficit and finished 2025 with a surplus of +$5,153. / This surplus will allow us to expand our educational mission in 2026, such as bringing in coaches to improve our singing and musical performance, and expanding our Next Generation Barbershop (NGB) school outreach efforts.</ExplanationTxt>
