<ExplanationTxt>The staff person inadvertently used the wrong Venmo account when making a transfer to support the medical expenses of friend. In addition, personal credit card expenses were inadvertently paid for by WLP's bank account. This was caught after the end of the fiscal year and was paid back in the next fiscal year. The board of directors were notified of the errors. To prevent this from happening again orders to on-line shopping entities or for supplies for the organization have been kept separate from anything personal and paid for by the company card.</ExplanationTxt>
