Pursuant to the agreement, Athletes Innovations, Inc has loaned Athletes Org an amount that allows Athletes Org to support its mission. Pursuant to Athletes Orgs conflict of interest policy, the terms of this agreement were negotiated and approved by Athletes Orgs Directors that do not have an interest in Athletes Innovations, Inc. This ensured the agreement was negotiated at arms length.
