Applications are submitted to the organization for grant approvals. We have two specific grant programs. The Mini Grants are distributed in the fall for classroom materials, tools, furniture and etc. The Partner School Program Grants are for a 3 year training program for teachers that are distributed in the fall. We have a Grants Review Committee to evaluate all grant applications that are based on a rubric to be awarded. Mini Grant recipients are required to submit a Completion Report that must include receipts as well as applicable data, pictures, and videos demonstrating the use and effectiveness of the items purchased with grand funds. The Partner School Grant recipients are required to conduct routine meetings with the organization to evaluate the progress of the training programs. Additionally, data is collected throughout the three years of training to ensure that progress is being made. Part VI, Line 2 The Chairman of the Board's spouse is a Board Member through the end of 2025. Part VI, Line 3 The organization hired a full time Executive Director in February 2025. Part VI, Line 6 The organization has members. Part VI, Line 7a Board members vote on addition of any new board members. Part VI, Line 11b Distributed by email to the Board members. Part VI, Line 12c Each Board member has been given a copy of all organization operating documents that include conflicts of interest and understand the consequences of non-compliance. Part VI, Line 19 Documents are provided by request from the organization. Part XII, Line 1 The organization changed accounting methods from Cash to Accrual method in 2025. Due to the growth of the organization and the volume of transaction & nature of the transactions, the decision was made to change to Accrual basis.
