Members convene at an annual meeting where they network with each other and have the opportunity to hear what is new in the field and what is new within the network. The three members form the executive body and meet weekly and are responsible for all filings. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 At the annual event there is a help desk where everything is available for all members. Additionally there is a publicized email address where they may request copies of everything. Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g the annual conference we hire contractors for everything. This includes a caterer, A/V company, musicians, presenters and an event management company.
