The Form 990 will be presented at a board meeting to the Board of Directors prior to being filed with the IRS. All individuals covered by the conflict of interest policy are required to disclose any actual or possible conflicts of interest and provide all material facts to the individuals that are considering the proposed transaction or arrangement. Potential conflicts are reviewed by independent board or committee members to determine if a conflict exists. In the event that a conflict of interest exists, the individual with the conflict will recuse themselves from voting on any issue pertaining to the conflict.
