Unfortunately, many are deceived and enslaved in horrific working conditions, becoming victims of labor and sex trafficking. Most never make it back. Those who do often face rejection from their families and communities due to the abuse they endured, visible injuries, deformities, or pregnancies. Sierra Cares Foundation aims to educate communities to prevent more women from being trafficked to the Middle East, and to protect children from being forced into labor, child marriage, or prostitution. We had hired a financial firm to help us fundraise and file taxes and they did not help us file them, they terminated the contract in August 2025, due to lack of fundraising ability by them. We did not realize that our taxes had not been filed. We will keep on top of this moving forward.
