When the new Sudekum Planetarium was being designed and built, the Part V, Section D, Line 8 (continued) ongoing need for funding routine and extraordinary planetarium capital expenditures given the advanced technology, both software and hardware, incorporated into the new Sudekum Planetarium. The supported organization recognized that it did not have the resources or endowment to insure that such capital expenditures would be funded as and when needed. The supported organization could not fund such capital expenditures without the supporting organization, and the failure to fund such expenditures would cause an interruption or significant degradation in the supported organizations planetarium activities.
