All restricted ais funds are put in this account. 2- Quarterly reviews are conducted between the program manager and the business manager that span the entire two-year grant cycle to make sure all grants have been distributed, cashed and grant reports have been received. 3- The AIS program manager does site visits for the projects that received awards. She also meets with the grantees to check in on their progress and reports back to the arts in society funding members. 4- Twice a year, the AIS funders meet to review and approve the arts in society proforma/budget for the following grant cycle and timeline. RedLine's Executive Director puts together the proforma and the corresponding memorandum of understanding that outlines the grant amount from the funder and the administrative fee for redLine. Each year this is reviewed and approved by the board of directors and all funders. RedLine also travels across the state of Colorado to conduct information sessions for applicants and facilitate peer learning communities for grantees. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b A draft of the 990 is provided to the board's president and treasurer and RedLine's executive director. Only upon review and approval by these officers is the 990 filed. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Board members are required to sign a "board agreement" upon joining RedLine, which contains a conflict of interest statement. Board members also discuss any potential conflicts with RedLine prior to entering into any related transaction. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 The total compensation and related benefits of the Executive Director are reviewed and approved by the board annually as part of the annual budgeting process. Consistent with procedures used for the Executive Director, the total compensation and related benefits of all employees are reviewed and approved by the board annually as well.
