The current presiding officers of each Valley's subordinate bodies, the past presiding officers, and members who have received the thirty-third degree, or M.S.A. designations are voting members of the Illinois Council of Deliberation. The remaining officers are elected by the members or appointed by the Deputy at the Annual Meeting.
