<ExplanationTxt>In 2023, the Organization entered into a comprehensive fiscal sponsorship agreement to adopt the Alsen St Irma Lee Community Village as a core community program. All financial activity for this neighborhood project is fully managed, overseen, and reported under the 501c3. While the project previously held a separate 501c4 status created in 2022, that separate status has been revoked, and the project now operates exclusively as an internal program of this 501c3. organization. The Organization shares a common principal leader, Quisha Reed-Jones, with Alsen St Irma Lee Community Village 501c4 Organization, a registered 501c4 social welfare organization. Quisha Reed Jones serves as the Executive Director for both entities. To prevent any overlap of governance and ensure absolute compliance with 501c3 regulations, both organizations operate under an independent board of directors and strict conflict of interest guidelines.</ExplanationTxt>
