Part III General | Explanation:| Program service expenses were allocated based on a review of the organizations 2023 banking activity and the nature of disbursements identified during the bank reconstruction process. Expenses directly attributable to the organizations mentoring and youth development programs were classified as program service expenses while expenses related to administration board governance and fundraising activities were classified as management and general or fundraising expenses consistent with the functional expense allocation reflected in Part IX. Part VIII Line 1 | Explanation:| Substantially all of the organizations 2023 contributions and grants revenue 678,196 was received from a single governmental funding source the City of Sacramento as disclosed on Schedule B. This concentration reflects funding received in support of the organizations mentoring and youth development programs. Because the contribution is from a governmental unit it is treated as public support for purposes of the public support test reported on Schedule A and does not affect the organizations public charity status.
