The Fatherhood & Mentoring committee provided mental and physical health awareness programs, support resources, and training to over 50 fathers and 250 disadvantaged youth. The Third Districts scholarship initiatives provided over $38,000 in scholarship funding to deserving college-bound high school seniors through its Achievement Week, Undergraduate Assistance, Undergraduate Affairs, and District Foundation giving. The Talent Hunt program provided talent search, exhibition, and scholarship programming throughout the State of Virginia and the District of Columbia all focused on identifying artistically talented high school youth and promoting their artistic academic advancement. The Talent Hunt committee provided a platform for over 40 young artists and supported their development by awarding over $8,000 in scholarships to top performers.
