The Board of Directors shall establish the Somali Cultural Institute Board of Trustees which shall have such authority to act in the management of the business of the corporation to the extent and as determined by the Board of Directors. The Somali Cultural Institute Board of Trustees shall consist of at least three (3) members and no more than fifteen (15) members initially appointed by the Board of Directors to designated terms of one, two and three years to effectuate the term staggering described hereunder.
