Part VI, Line 15 During the budget planning process each year the compensation and benefits package in place for the President of Partners to the World will be discussed with the President and any desired changes will be considered and decided upon by the Board President abstaining. The performance of the President as well as market conditions are considered in this decision. Results of this discussion are recorded in the Minutes of the Board meeting. Compensation decisions for employees other than the President are made by the full Board. Employee responsibilities and comparable market data are major factors analyzed during the decision making process.
