Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Board reviews financial statements and gives directions on the dispersal of all funds. Auditors are in place with access to monitor expenditures. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The governing board meets at least twice a year to make and discuss policy. Emails are also used as needed throughout the year. Accountability to the contributors is maintained through financial reports at least twice a year. In an effort to save money, and since we had prepared them the last couple years, my wife and I believed we could again prepare and file the return. We could not find the form we had used the previous year, so we found one online and filled it out, but we could find no way to e-file it, and seeing as we did not realize it was mandatory to e-file it, we printed it and mailed it at the deadline. We didn't hear anything for a couple months, and we believed all was well and then we received it back by snail mail with instructions to e-file it within 10 days of the mailing date of the letter, but 10 days had already passed. We gave it due diligence, and are now submitting it by e-file. We apologize for not knowing it needed to be e-filed, and would really appreciate having you waive any potential fines that you may be entitled to administer. Thank you, Llewellyn Graber, Treasurer
