We focus on individual improvement for mind, body and spirit. We teach social emotional skills through our tenets of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. We have unique classes for Quarks (ages 4-6), Kids (ages 7-10), Teens(ages 10-15) and Adults (15+). We also reached approximately 20 adults a year with our online Qigong offering. 2297 0 11199 OUTREACH: Our outreach programs consist of martial arts instruction on location at schools and low income housing complexes. In 2025 we focused on 50 children at Mercy Housing's Appian Way Apartments in Kent, WA. 353 0 2075 SELF DEFENSE: Quantum provides Empowerment Self Defense classes for free to the public and as a fee for service to companies and organizations. In 2025, we delivered both our Empowerment Self Defense 101 workshop and our 3 part self defense workshop series. This series includes advance empowerment techniques, defenses and escapes from the ground, and an introduction to anti-oppression skills. We delivered 4 basic classes and 1 series as a public service. We delivered 3 fee for services classes to local business and nonprofits include two new classes in safety training and balance and falling safely.
