We focus on repairs that impact health and accessibility for homeowners who may not have the resources to fix critical issues on their own. We partner with community organizations, regional governments, and local service providers to be proactive and focus on repairs that can be detrimental to one's health and accessibility. WARM's areas of impact are affordable housing preservation, health and wellness, workforce development, and disaster resiliency.
