Dental students are encouraged to become OAGD members at no charge while attending dental school. During the fiscal year, a delegation of OAGD directors/officers/trustees attends the national Academy of General Dentsitry's (AGD) "House of Delegates" to participate in seminars and give input to the roles of the AGD and OAGD through quality CE and advocacy. An Ohio Dental Annual Session is held each fall. The OAGD maintains a booth at the session and normally co-sponsors a speaker at the event.
