The Executive Committee consists of three board members, one of which is the President of the Board. The actions of the Executive Committee during the time between regular board meetings shall be agenda items at the next regular meeting of the entire board and will be approved or disapproved at that time. Further, if an allegation arises of whether or not there is a conflict of interest and the actions of the Board Member are questioned, the information is brought before the authorizer of the charter: Joint School District #2. The Joint School District #2 Board of Trustees reviews conflict of interest allegations.
