The patients redeem their produce prescriptions at Everyone's Harvest farmers' markets. In 2025, more than 500 families participated, receiving $35 weekly for 19 weeks to purchased fruits and vegetables from the farmers at Everyone's Harvest farmers' markets. Participants in the program living with diabetes showed significant decreases in A1c, which is a measure of average blood sugar, after being in the program. Patients also showed significant improvements in fruit and vegetable intake. 167838 0 178592 Market Match is a dollar for dollar matching program for SNAP beneficiaries in which SNAP recipients who use their SNAP benefits at farmers' markets are given up to $30 extra per market day to buy fruits and vegetables.
