Our resources are designed to encourage spiritual growth, strengthen leadership, and promote values that positively impact individuals, families, churches, organizations, and communities.One example of this outreach is the *For Leaders Podcast with Ronnie Floyd*. The podcast has produced more than 100 weekly episodes and reaches thousands of listeners each month. Individuals from a wide variety of professions, generations, and stages of life listen to or watch the podcast, which is intended to encourage, equip, and inspire leaders in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives.In addition, we regularly write, publish, and distribute books and other ministry resources, many of which are donated to churches, ministries, and ministry leaders. For example, in August 2025, Ronnie Floyd spoke multiple times at a major Global Missions Conference in Athens, Greece, where more than 520 books were donated to conference attendees representing numerous countries. Through these and other ministry efforts, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve and encourage people throughout the United States and around the world.
