This request was approved on October 26 2023. However despite this approval the IRS database was not updated to reflect our new filing requirement unit August of 2025. It indicated that we were required to file Form 990-PF rather than Form 990 or 990-EZ which are appropriate for public charities. Our filing requirement was not properly reflected in the IRS database until July 2025. As a result we were unable to comply with the filing deadline because we were not aware of the obligation. This delay was not due to our negligence or willful disregard but rather an IRS systemic issue that prevented timely compliance. Part VI, Section B, Line 11a This return is being filed late due to various other issues with our previous returns and status with the IRS. Future returns will be provided to the board. Part VI, Section B, Line 18 This is only our 3rd tax return filed and second full year return. Going forward these will be available upon request. It continues to indicate that we are required to file Form 990-PF rather than Form 990 or 990-EZ which are appropriate for public charities. As a result of this discrepancy we have been unable to file the correct annual returns on time which led to the erroneous revocation of our tax-exempt status on November 15 2024. We are still in process of filing these returns to catch up and just recently as of July 2026 were advised that previous penalties were cleared due to this error. We humbly request that any fees associated with these late returns is waived and consideration is given to the original situation. We are in process of correcting this and making considerable efforts to catch up our returns.
