This is an integral part of the church planting programs work in the slums. In 2025 we provided college scholarships for 29 students. The scholarship is also an extension of the Alternative Learning System program we provide for out-of-school youth in the communities who have not completed their high school levels. 55295 55295 57477 Disaster Relief and Training: The MIT and Leadership Development programs are an objective of CWTP USAs work in 2025. They aim to mobilize and train potential missionaries to work for the poor. The aim is to provide them with classroom teaching and practical field training in the Philippines for ten months qualifying them to become full-time missionaries for church planting projects for the long haul. The Leadership Development program training ensures a continuing equipping program for team leadership and management and for the organization. This effort was coupled with rapid deployment of funds to areas hit by natural disasters such as typhoons and volcanic eruptions.
