As a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing bridges to transform lives and rebuild our communities we are committed to maintaining compliance with all reporting and filing requirements. Unfortunately due to staffing changes and transitions within our organization including key leadership roles we have experienced temporary disruptions in our administrative processes. These transitions were necessary to ensure our programs continued success and stability. However they inadvertently delayed the timely filing of the 990 tax form. We sincerely apologize for this oversight and want to make sure you know that we have taken immediate steps to prevent similar delays in the future including implementing new internal processes to ensure timely compliance with all deadlines.
