<DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>Convention Outreach - In 2025, we staffed and supplied the performer hospitality room at 4 national conventions, including snacks and hygiene supplies for 103 performers, including a total of 269 meals across all four shows. We connected with 6865 people at our Jesus Loves Sex Workers booth. This year, we also began offering self-care and relationship health seminars at the conventions, which have been attended by 40+ performers, producers, and consumers alike. Additionally, we offered prayer, love, and encouragement to 150 more individuals through our presence at an additional convention in Las Vegas and at an industry awards show in Orlando that we were honored at.</DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>

<DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>Local Outreach - In 2025, our team added St. Louis as a location and our Seattle team added a second set of clubs in the north part of the city. In Seattle, we supplied 948 gift and treat bags across four clubs; in St. Louis 955 across ten clubs and illicit massage locations - altogether, 1903 gift and treat bags with hand written notes to industry workers. Simultaneously we offered relational support, encouragement, prayer without expectation, and bible study. We were regularly thanked for our presence in both spaces and saw people in the industry responding with joy and reaching out at various times for support. Additionally, we had the privilege of offering $1218 in bill pay assistance and benevolent family support to a few survivors and industry ladies we know who needed a little extra help.</DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>

For our two executive staff, we began covering all or part of professional emotion-centered coaching through TinMan Ministries (all for our director, half for our ops director) and we held a 36-hour team retreat with the total support staff to learn how to work together as a more cohesive team.</DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>

<ExplanationTxt>The short version of why our form is late is because the software we are using to prepare this form notified us just before submission (during verification stage) that two numbers in our form that needed to match were not matching. - Two things impacted this: 1. this was our first time filing for a full year (vs our 2024 filing which was only for 6 months of operation) which means our numbers were larger and the form significantly more complex than last year and 2. this is our first year with a professional bookkeeper, so we have much more tightly kept and more detailed records. Even with their assistance, it took multiple work sessions over multiple days to find the mismatched numbers (which were not at all due to indiscretion on our part but due to a misunderstanding of the form itself).</ExplanationTxt>
