In addition, other affiliated entities and related parties provided in-kind services related to investment management. The amount of contributed services is valued at $8,229,118 but not recorded on Form 990 PF. Amendment Form 990-PF Line G, Part IV Line 1a(g), Part V line 6c This amended Form 990-PF is being filed for the tax year ended 12/31/2024 to correct previously reported information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the foundation's tax return. The specific reasons for this amendment are as follows:Correction to Cost Basis (Part IV, Line 1a(g)):After the original return was filed, it was determined that the cost basis used for the sale of 900,000 shares of Nu Holdings Ltd. reported in Part IV line 1a(g) was incorrect. The amended return reflects the corrected cost basis of $49,801, which has resulted in a revised calculation of capital gain of $9,226,419 for the transaction. This correction increases the amount of tax based on investment income in Part V to $354,809.Correction to Extension Payment (Part V, Line 6c):The amount of extension payment reported on the original return in Part V, line 6c was incorrect. The amended return now reflects the correct amount of extension payment of $177,000 actually made for tax year 2024. This correction affects the total credits and payments reported in Part V and results in total overpayment of $141,078 to be credited to 2025 estimated tax.
