Part VI, Line 11b The HDC sent the Draft 990 for all board members to review prior the March 5 board meeting. The board then had one week to review the documents and vote electronically to approve the 990 before it is filed with the IRS. It was approved. Part VI, Line 12c The HDC has a conflict of interest policy that is signed by all board and community members when their term starts. They are reminded by the board president at the board training and the board retreat of that policy. The Executive committee will follow up with an individual if they feel the policy has been violated. Part VI, Line 15a The Executive Committee and board review the performance of the Executive Director annually. They consult with the MN Council of Non Profits for average salary, and send a survey link to each board member to comment on the ED's performance.
