Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4 Bylaws were updated to reflect nonprofit status that was effective September 28, 2022. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a SAA Executive Committee does an annual review of the executive director by the board and reports the results of the assessment to the executive director.
