Header General | Explanation:| During the early portion of the tax year organizational activity was limited due to leadership transition and medical circumstances affecting the President. Operations resumed and program and administrative activities increased beginning in May 2024 under the Executive Director CEO. Reason for late filing: The organization experienced a leadership transition and record-reconstruction issues during the year including incomplete prior-period records and the need to reconcile activity across multiple bank accounts and vendor systems. In addition limited administrative capacity and financial constraints delayed obtaining assistance and additional time was required to compile and verify supporting documentation including contractor reporting to ensure an accurate return. The return is being filed as soon as practicable after completion of these reconciliation and compliance steps.
