It is hands-on and lively with a foundation in performance studies and communication. The emphasis during the session is on understanding the passage so that it can be communicated. Trying to communicate something that you dont understand is confusing for everybody. After some initial groundwork participants working in teams of two do a series of exercises that focus on different aspects of the passage. We intend for our Bible study series to expand to encompass 40 individual Activity Guides in addition to our newly launched Foundations book. We see this as a 3-year project to recruit authors from around the world to write Activity Guides that follow our template. Part VI, Section B, Line 1 In October 2023 one of our voting members was being paid for working as the communications director for our organization. Since this could be seen as a conflict of interest that member had their voting privilege revoked. This reduced the number of voting members by 1. This member then went on maternity leave and is no longer working in a paid capacity she therefore has had her voting right returned since the conflict of interest is gone. Part VI, Line 11a In order to ensure transparency and accountability the Form 990 was electronically distributed to all members of the Board of Directors for review and feedback. This process allows for thorough examination of the financial information provided in the form enabling the Board to offer insights corrections and suggestions before final submission. By engaging the Board in this manner the organization demonstrates a commitment to governance best practices and fosters a culture of collaboration and diligence in financial reporting. Part VI, Line 15 The fees for our one contract worker were discussed during our Board of Directors meeting on both June 13th 2024 and September 17th 2024. She was hired as a contractor on November 1st 2024. This contract relationship ended in May 2025 when she went on maternity leave and is now being a wonderful mother to her child.
